Well,

I think it's time to just stop using LJ. By Wednesday, I will be gone from here.
Sometimes you just have to stop doing things you don't get enjoyment from.

Yeah! From what I can tell, very few people really read it, and I really don't have a lot to say that is engaging. Really, when you are doing something that is not bringing you much joy, why do it?? But you know I will keep in contact with you.

I think a lot of folks read LJ; I just think that less folks are responding. I guess it depends on who you're writing for .. You or an audience? I hope I write for me, though I must admit I do hope for responses from time to time.

Not currently. I'm in Foster City but I have a car and have recently gained an intimate knowledge of the joys of Caltrain and BART so getting into SF proper isn't too difficult for me.

At the moment, I'm still trying to figure out my work schedule at the office but it would be nice to meet you in person some time. If we can swing it this visit, I'm sure I'll be back on business again some time relatively soon.

I agree with others that deleting your account isn't something you "have" to do. Just stop using it and go dormant.

I don't really use my Facebook account. I use LJ to keep in touch with Bear friends and find new ones. I find Facebook to be be too public.
