I spotted that a few days ago. And half his head will dissapper if you look directly from the street.

I believe many of the SF pics were taken between Jan & Feb of this year because they tore up 16th Street (Jose Sarria Court) to install new sewers (outside the flat I stay in) and the No Parking signs are out their and you can read them.

Uninteresting?? You need to drive around a bit. San Leandro is a town where people carve their outdoor plants into freakish shapes, or tear out their lawns and replace them with rocks in strange geometric patterns.
