How lame that they have to put a couple of great fun guys down to try to make money.

I have also tried to get off their mailing list for months, to no avail.

Bear "Trappings" is more like it. Please someone tell me they are kidding about this! When the hell did "Bear" start to mean that we couldn't have fun and have our picture taken? If that's their point, then I'm not a Beartrapping-Bear either (their loss, not mine).

I found some sites online that comment on how horrible the owners of Iron Clad Media, the site owner, reply back with nasty emails when people sign up and then try to leave.

I joined up months ago to see what this site was about. After about 2 minutes, I decided to leave. But I couldn't delete my profile or anything.

And like you said, you can't get off the mailing list. I have unsubscribed many times and sent emails to them asking them to delete my profile and to stop spamming me to no avail.

What dorks! A real man wouldn't be a coward and hide in the corner when someone confronts him.

Bill sent out a system message warning not to ever reply to them or you'll never get off their mailing lists.

This is just fucking sad. And to target such nice guys. Not to say that every man has to wear a pink boa or toenail polish... I don't, so I'd be a hypocrit to imply that they should. Although I have not ever posted my own profile there, I have always found it easy to view others that did, which is certainly rare for all those sites...

I think I like the idea of bigmusclebears even more now, to know that the owners don't have such limited notions of how gay men should act or appear...
