I was on my way down the back stairs to head to the parking lot to the car. Before I got to the door, this weird perception came over me that it was gloomy outside. Dark. Maybe even cold. Even though I knew it was sunny. Also, this is a fire door which is totally solid and there was no light coming into the hall way. Something also told me to open the door slowley.

As I opend the door, I heard a click and there appeard a woman with an access key. Hence the open slowley so I didn't hit her in the face with the door. And blocking the view of the parking lot was a big brown UPS truck. There was my darkness and gloom. Since we all know I am psycho, could it be that I am also psychic in some way?

I am a twin and people think that twins sometimes have a connection. Not anything we ever tried. Maybe one day.

there's an alternate explanation: people are very good at picking up incredibly subtle sensory cues and subconsciously determining conditions. You can't identify what it was -- some combination of smell of moisture, lack of IR radiation from the door, subtle noises from the other side -- but your conclusion was correct, even though it seemed to come from nowhere. Use the Force, Luke!
