I was IMing with a friend last night when I felt the last one. A lot of times, people will say they felt a quake, and I won't notice anything, but there was no missing these last two.
This is the first of three I felt. At first, I thought it was just my husband walking through the room until I turned around and saw that he was seated at his desk.
He then took the time to use Google Earth to find out how close our house is to the Hayward fault: 2.5 miles. Oh, how comforting ... not.
