Moving this weekend!

Thursday: sign the lease and get the keys
Friday: Pack at home as much as I can in the AM. Go to the apt from 1pm-3pm to wait for the cable/internet guy. After 3, probably go back to SSF and pack more.
Sat: Spend Christmas with iahklu and texasfurr. It should be a fun day!! It is going to be nice to spend the day with them!! I love them both!
Sunday: Move move move.

I am going to get up early and start moving. Hopefully pyrogeoff will still be available to help out. A friend has offered me a truck, but it might not work out. Waiting to hear from him. I don't have a lot to move. Boxes mostly. No furniture to speak of. The apartment is furnished from the previous tenant.

The hard part of moving: Leaving Richard. It is best for me to be on my own and in the city. Especially since I have a job in the city. But after 3 years of being with someone, it still is hard to do this. We have been sleeping in seperate rooms for the last couple of months, and I am used to it, but living alone is something I don't do well with in the beginning. But it is something I am going to have to get used to. I think Sunday night is going to be the worst. The good thing is, I have some great people I call friends I can hang out with in the city. So I will definatley be able to keep myself occupied!!

So, Marry Christmas, and Happy Moving I say!!!

you know I never thought I could live alone either. When I lived in Phoenix. That was the first time I ever had an apartment to myself. I had always had roomies. At first it was a little unsettling and I felt very lonely. But over time. I actually grew to love living alone. it would still get lonely at times. But I had more privacy. I could totally walk around naked all day if I wanted. I actually to this day still miss having my very own apartment. Give it time. I think you'll actually grow to like having a place to yourself
