Memory Lane with Mom

I called my Mom. I started chatting with her asking her about where we lived when I was growing up. Well, I know where we lived, but I don't remember what years.

So I got on the phone and I asked here what years we lived where, and we worked our right right up until I was 16 and moved in with my Dad.

So why not a meme. The where did you live meme.

I'm breaking down my childhood because I think some things are kind of interesting.

July 66 Born in a Hospital in Little Falls NY
66 - Oppenheim NY
66-68 - Philmont, NY
68-70 - Laconia NH - Dad left Mom with 4 kids and $50.00
70-72 - 36 North Division St, St. Johnsville, NY
72-74 - 38 N Division St, St. Johnsville, NY - It was here I started exploring and noticing other boys including the neighbor boy.
74-75 - We were poor and moved into the brand new low income projects in St. Johnsville, NY
75-78 - 84 West Main, St. Johnsville - We had a neighbor who used to try to lure us in his house for money to do dirty things with him.
78-81 - 36 - Back to 36 N. Division St. Hmm, the same neighbor boy was still next door. Actually used to feel way guilty because I was going to church on a regular basis.
81 - 82 - 38 N. Division. Moved into the apartment where the neighbor boy used to live.
82-85 - Oppenheim, NY - Had my first "real" gay experience with a high school friend.
85-86 - Lived with my girlfriend in Ft. Plain NY - UGH
86 - Herkimer NY
86-87 - Back with Dad
87-88 - Gloversville NY with Mom - Came out of the closet YAY!!!
88 Johnstown NY
89 Fultonville NY
89-93 Utica NY
93 - 97 Orlando FL
97 - 99 Austin TX
99 - 02 Dallas TX
02 - 03 South San Francisco
03 - Present - San Francisco

Of course, she had to ask why I was all of sudden asking about all this and had to tell her that I was trying to figure out how old I was when I started noticing guys!

I sometimes will drive by the houses in which my family used to live and wonder who lives there now, what they're like and why they deserved those houses more than my family did :o)

My folks continue to live in the house where I lived from 6th grade to High School graduation. They just overhauled and modernized the entire outside, a project that has been lingering since we moved in there. I told them that they now need to overhaul its occupants.
