Suckiest July 4th ever

dhbearguySo I had a pretty sucky July 4th.
I was supposed to spend the day hanging out with a friend, but that fell through. And as "Popular" as I am, I guess everyone must have thought I was going to be busy, because I didn't get a single invite to anything yesterday.
I ended up going to see "Sicko" alone in the afternoon, then my saving grace was seeing "Live Free or Die Hard" with the MovieBears!
I am so glad yesterday is over and I am back to work today. I already feel better.

And since you're fun to be with, sounds like a win-win to me!
I'm kinda the opposite as you, I'm a grouch, I don't like nobody. Grr. Line in the sand. Privvissy. Cocooning.
Few people seemed to have anything planned yesterday. I heard of little or no festivities, even my neighbors who are usually all up in 4oJ bbqs. Just an off year; I blame our current presidential administration for demoralizing us all.
Grr.
