Saturday night
May. 20th, 2007 08:50 amIt has been rainy and cold here in NYC. It kind of feels like San Francisco.
Mark and my friend Brian from FL and I went to dinner on Christopher Street. Nice enough food. Reasonably priced.
Went back to the hotel roomwhere Brian and I sexually molested Markto change to go to Big Apple Ranch.
Upon walking in the door, I saw Jon, Mark, and Suzanna. 3 people I know well. I was greeted with a recieving line of hugs. Was great to see them. Checked my coat, went to pay the admission and the door person said "You're money's no good here"! So sweet to treat an out of towner so nice.
Mark immedately grabbed me for a dance when I walked on the dance floor. Stayed till about 12:30, and danced most of the time I was there.
bearfuz showed up around midnight, so I got a couple of fun dances with him.
Mark dropped me off at the Eagle before heading home. I was wondering if I should really go since I didn't sleep well the night before and was pretty tired. My feet hurt from dancing as well, but I thought, hey, what the hell. I stood there for an hour and a half looking at the hot guys walk right by. Saw 2 people I knew who I said hi to but also kept walking. I was smiley, and friendly looking enough I guess. And the bar was packed. I would have thought I could have turned 1 pair of eyes my direction. If I did, I didn't notice. At 2:15, I decided it was time to head to the hotel. I had to be up at 8am. My flight to Syracuse is at noon and it takes about an hour to get to the airport.
