Off to Dallas this weekend
Feb. 1st, 2005 11:36 amMy vacation this year is going to be used for kinda personal and kinda business stuff. This weekend I am off to Dallas for a montly planning session with the organizers of The Best Little Hoedown in Texas. Over 3 years ago, I helped put a bid in to host this convention. tecwizsfo, I promised the group that I would still be involved. I have put Sundnace on hold here to focus on this convention. If you don't know, country dancing is my passion. I have been a dancer for over 12 years, and teach line dance here at Sundance Saloon.
So I will be in Dallas the following dates
Feb 4-6
April 22-24
May 20-22
June 25- July 4th
In March I am going to Ft. Lauderdale for a gay country dance convention. I have been attending about twice a year since 1994.
By the time I get back to SF on July 5th. all of my vacation for the year will be gone. Next year will be ALL ME vacation. Hopefully going to Australia withtexasfurr
Hopefully I will get to see a bunch of old friends, maybe run intodaltxfurry, and daltxbear1 Do a little dancing at the Round Up Saloon, and hang out with the hot men at the Hidden Door on Sunday. At least the temps will be in the mid 60's
