The New Job
Nov. 16th, 2004 02:24 pmWell, the new job is off and running. Took Caltrain to SF from South SF. 16 minute ride. Walked to the office on 2nd and Harrison. Up hill to get there. Sucked. But I got there just in time to be greeted by Louis, the trainer here. Cute bearded bald straight guy. Dammit!!
Got in and got to my desk. A mess mess mess.
I am setteling in, getting to know people, reading email, installing software, took my first call from a remote user. It is all good.
I think I am going to fit well in with the other people here. Very friendly outgoing bunch.
Now if I am not mistaken, who works in my area that I can meet for lunch?
