tecwizsfo is in need of mortgage refinancing. Can someone reccommend a good reputable broker that you may have used in the SF area. He would like to get working on it ASAP.
Greg (on our team) did a good job on two of ours; we've also done it online with ABN Amro (mortgage.com), but I wouldn't recommend that unless you're willing to back out if anything goes wrong.
