I define it as "one of two parties not showing up for a date".
Cancelling a date before it happens?? I wish everyone did that instead of not showing up. When someone calls me to cancel, or emails, or however, to let me know they can't make a date, that gives them points in my book. At least they have the integrity as a human to not leave me hanging there wondering WTF!!!
If you have ever just not shown up for a date without contacting to cancel.... YOU SUCK!!
