Ear Issues
Feb. 27th, 2007 11:19 amI have been having recurring inner ear issues. For months actually, and this past weekend has been worse than any other times. It feels like my ears are full of air and will just not pop. Friday I went home with an ear ache, and today I have a minor ear ache as well.
I saw an ear nose throat specialist on Feb 9th and he prescribed Nasonix to help clear up my sinus's which is causing the issue. That started to help, but over the last week, it got worse, even though I am continuing the treatment.
I had to go back Monday to see him because the weekend was just so annoying with this issue. He gave me an antibiotic hoping it will clear up. I will know if a few days.
I have a hearing test scheduled for mid March, and if it is not resolved by then, the doctor is going to put a tube in my eardrum. Not something I look forward to, but if it will make me feel better.
