2 weeks ago I set a goal to lose 30 lbs by October. That equates to
1.5 lbs a week. My plan is country dance more, walk to work, walk during lunch, eat healthy lunches like Salad, cut out vending machine snaks.
End of week 2 and I am down 4 lbs.
Hope I can stay on track.
