BiPolar Bear?
Mar. 7th, 2004 11:36 pmSomeone told me off the Bears Mailing list that I am Bi Polar. I looked up the definition....
When a person has extreme shifts in mood, thoughts, and behaviors, it is possible that he or she has the medical condition known as bipolar disorder. Bipolar disorder, also called manic-depressive disorder, is a mood disorder that causes extreme changes in mood, or mood swings. These mood swings can impact decision-making, social interaction, and the ability to cope with everyday life.
People with bipolar disorder have dramatic mood swings. Moods can change from overly "high" (mania) to very "low" (depression). There are often periods of normal mood in between.
Symptoms of Bipolar Mania
High mood (bipolar mania) symptoms may include:
Feeling very irritable or grouchy
Not needing as much sleep as usual (one may feel rested after only three hours of sleep)
Having a hard time concentrating because too many thoughts are occurring at once (racing thoughts)
Being easily distracted by sights or sounds
Acting impulsively or doing reckless things, such as going on shopping sprees or driving recklessly
11:30 - Wow, I am in such a great mood.
11:31 - YOU FUCKERS I HATE YOU ALL
11:32 - I can't believe my life sucks so bad. Goodbye cruel world.
Well sad that some people are like that. But I am sure all of you who know me know I have one mood. Happy. Ask Richard, he will tell ya, and he is around me more then anyone.
Some one needs to put their Psychology Masters degree to better use then trying to analyze someone's mental state from what they get out of email.
Off to bed for me.
Hugs all
