Fun times

I had such a fun time last night. I got to meet and say hi to so many people. People were already there at 5:45 when I got there to start getting things together with the theatre management.

It was crazy from the start. The line did not stop for almost an hour. I was thrilled that the theatre was ready for us when I got there. No getting tickets and waiting in another line.

The energy of the crowd was so awesome. It is great to hear all these men laugh at the funny parts. All the other times I saw it the audience was very mixed, black women/gay men.

Thanks Mike, Drew and Keith for helping. I could not do it without you. And thanks Steve for showing up to support it. I really think you should open your mind a little to something different! Look at kevin-v5's post on the movie.

Thanks so much to the most awesomest graphics designer I know, and Photoshop Magician. I feel like I use him so much! And he is the bestest roommate ever, and I feel like a shit for not getting him a shirt. boyshapedbox

Hey Dave, glad to hear that it turned out to be such a successful night! Sorry I missed it! And thanks for getting me included. When I saw you at Starbears I was unable to explain why I suddenly wasn't attending - the BF and I had gotten into a tiff over going and since he was standing right next to me I didn't want to reignite any of that. By that time we both felt kind of bad and were smoothing it over. So, sorry to seem rude or distant! I totally appreciate you adding me to the list though, and we may well be up for future events!
