Log onto SBC.com and let the URL redirect to a crossover AT&T homepage, it's dumb I know. Set yourself up a user id and you can view as pdf or print the entire bill.
The person already has an account and pays his bills online, but he does not know exactly how to access the pdf. That is what I need absolute instructions to.
Right after I log on, there is a link called "view my bill", from there you can select prior bills by a date in a drop down box, then click "go" and you can view on-line. There is also a link to the left called "print your bill (pdf)" and it comes up with a printable pdf version.
