That is just too adorable and makes me wanna furrow my brow and exclaim in awww-ness and gather you to my chest and pet your cute little boy head... Which is completely wacked seeing as you are so much taller, bigger, and more daddy-like than I.
Yeah, this does remind me of when I was poor and Mom could not afford new shoes. Sigh, thoes were some bad memories. But life is more fabulous now and that is what is important.
Find a pair of new comfortable walking shoes that can be easily resoled. In my case, it was a pair of Mephisto boots. I also have a couple of pair of their dress shoes, for office use.
Doesn't have to be Mephisto, either. There are lots of brands of walking shoes. (Rockport, etc.)
Of course, all of this is (a) unsolicited advice, and probably (b) totally unwanted, and (c) your mileage will almost certainly vary.
Do you have the same I-hate-to-shop-for-clothes-and-shoes gene that I have?
