We're not gonna Pay!!!!

I am trying to get opening night information on RENT. I call the Metreon, and they are clueless. They seem to not know anything that is going to show in their theatre until 2 days before it opens there. They do have posters and other RENT related materials in their lobby's but they just don't have any answers. I got ahold of someone in LA who works for Loews. She said that Rent will be opening on one screen on Wednesday the 23rd. So I will keep watching for the tickets to go on sale.

Actually, I am jealous. I was so ready to jump on the quiz for the tickets, but had already committed to Zathura tonight. *Sigh*. I am going to see it Monday night however with [livejournal.com profile] beg1n
