Atkins week 1
Well, I did it, I started Atkins, a week ago yesterday. Well, then I cheated on Sunday night. Then again on Tuesday. Then on Wednesday I stayed on it until Sunday, when I decided I was going to drop it. Because I just cannot go on without pasta, and bread, and all the carb stuff I like.
Well, I stepped on the scale at the gym on Monday and WOW, I lost 9lbs. Just when I was gonna give it up, I get that boost and decide to keep going on it. OMG it is so rough. But if I want to be healthy, I need to take off some of this weight.
Once I get down to my goal, I am going to really watch what I eat, and work out on a very regular basis, including cardio and lifting to tone up some. I certinally don't want to muscle up too much. Just not interested.
