Back trauma day 2
Today is not as bad as yesterday. There was one point before bed last night that I could not even stand up straight. If I would move a certain way, I would have a back spasm and the pain was killer.
Today has me up and down out of my chair working, painful, but I am dealing with it. Took some ibuprophin. Hopefully that will help some.
I am supposed to teach at the Sundance Stompede on Friday. Hopefully things look up by then. Home tonight to rest and relax more.
