The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee is now gone from San Francisco. I just got an email from Michael, who worked at the theatre and helped pick audience spellers.

What an awesome show that is!!!

smiley_kiley alerted me to the "Adult Version" of the 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee that was held tonight. I bought a pair of tickets and took backawayslowly! I love the show as it is, but OMFG, this show was so politically incorrect in every way. They let out all of the stops at offending people!! IT WAS FANTASTIC! I don't think the old couple sitting next to me really liked it much! This was also the first time in the 5 times I have seen it that most of the audience gave the cast a standing ovation.

I heard as I was leaving that another adult only night is coming again in August. If you have seen this show already, you really should go. If you have not, You really should go.

I am going to see about group tickets as soon as I confirm it is actually happening.
